Annette Jackson has been creating applied art object since her preteen years. After graduating from New York University with a B.A. in Art Education she focused her artistic development in metals. In 2003 Annette was introduced to lampworking and a new passion was born.
She has spent the last six years working with glass, honing her lampworking skills. Her current work in Masks seeks to marry her love of metal and glass as well as reflect her diverse cultural heritage.
Currently, Annette is conducting small classes in Lampworking and Enameling. In fact, she can tell you herself:
"Hi Everyone - Just wanted to let you know - as well as ask you to spread the word - I am conducting small classes in Lampworking (glass bead making) and Enameling. I am in the process of forming interest lists and holding class when I have 3 (lampwork) and 5 (enamel) students.
